Butcher's take on the Brazilian caipirihna - we added fresh raspberry puree to muddled lime and cachaca for an instant patio hit! - 11

Shout out to Kobe Bryant! This cocktail plays on a black Manhattan, using Bulleit rye, Cynar, and Campari complemented by black walnut bitters - 11
